Answers to your questions

Be on time or 5-10 minutes early.

If you arrive ahead of your scheduled time, you are welcome to hang out in our cosy Snary-Lounge with a selection of cold and warm beverages.

If you arrive by train in Zürich Altstetten, follow Vulkanstrasse outbound for 7 minutes and you’ll find us on the right side. You can also take tram number 4 to Altstetten Nord and then follow Vulkanstrasse again. You’ll find Snary Mary Adventures on the first floor – take the stairs outside.

Most customers pay by credit card. Spontaneous visitors can pay in cash or by card. We do not accept Amex. We also issue invoices for our corporate clients.

No, don’t worry. It’s often the new guests who manage to intuitively solve our tasks. The rules of the game are simple and will be explained to you in detail. During the adventure you can always ask Mister X or the Raven for help. Wearing comfortable clothing helps.

Our Escape-Room Adventures require concentration and focus, and you need a clear head to solve the tasks. Therefore, you’re not doing yourselves or your friends a favor if you show up drunk. Our Game Masters do have the right to deny drunk visitors access to the facility.

No, your reservation is binding.

The adventures take roughly 60 minutes to solve…if you’re not caught by the guards or eaten by the dragon :-).

We adjust our opening hours to the booking schedule. On days without any bookings it is possible that no one is at the office. But spontaneous guests are always welcome! Just call us or write us an email.

In order to ensure an optimal adventure experience for the next group we may need to reduce your playing time if you show up late. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Our Escape-Room Adventures are wheelchair accessible with minor adjustments to the game. The building is equipped with an elevator. If you have additional questions, just give us a call.
